৭. বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি: The Mirror Bangla ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো আইনি বিরোধ ‘বাংলাদেশ ইনস্টিটিউট অফ আরবিট্রেশন’ (BIArb)-এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সালিশের মাধ্যমে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।
৮. প্রযোজ্য আইন: এই শর্তাবলি গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
৯. শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন: আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তনের পর আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিয়মিত ব্যবহার এটিই প্রমাণ করবে যে আপনি আপডেট হওয়া শর্তগুলো গ্রহণ করেছেন।
